All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and must be made with proof (if applicable) of damage, invoice number, invoice date, style number and any other relevant information. If you have been assigned a Sales Representative, he or she must complete the RA Form for customer service team to process the RA request. All requests for returns need to be submitted by email. If you have not been assigned a Sales Representative, please email us and we can provide you an RA Form to complete.
